Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with in-house team and vendor (event agency, production…)

to ensure the preparation and operation of the event go smoothly as planned

- Build detail action plan and follow-up. Manage all parties according to the approved plan
- Coordinate with parties to handle arising problems before, during and after the event
Desired Skills
- 2+ year of experience inAgency Event.
- Have knowledge of event operation and production
- Familiarity with big scale event: Expo, Exhibition… (20,000+ visitors)
- Ability to work self-sufficiently
- Sharp focus and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
