Experience: 3+ years
Requirements:
• Expertise in BSW Layer – Architecture, Integration, and Configuration of Classic AUTOSAR (Elektrobit, Vector, KPIT).
• Embedded C Development with RTOS (OSEK/FreeRTOS/ETAS), Flash Loader, and Boot Loaders.
• Strong BSW Layer component integration (MCAL, CAN, COM Stack, Diagnostics, RTE, J1939, ECU State, NVM, I/O Stack).
• Experience with CAN, CAN-FD, UDS, J1939, SPI, I2C, and debugging tools (Lauterbach).
• Multi-controller/multi-core software development.
• Cybersecurity & Functional Safety (FUSA) expertise.
• ECU memory and CPU optimization.
• Proficiency in SDLC tools (DOOR’s, Enterprise Architecture, JIRA, GIT, GitHub).
• Experience in architectural topics & technical leadership.
Desirable Skills:
• Cybersecurity (Secure onboard communication, secure boot).
• J1939 with AUTOSAR COM Stack knowledge.
• ASPICE, Agile Framework exposure.
• Prior experience with German clients.
• Strong leadership & English proficiency.
