Dynamics 365 Business Process Flows not showing due to these reasons like  not being added to the specific Model-Driven App, missing Security Role permissions for the BPF entity, incorrect activation, or old data issues, especially after migrations, make sure that BPF is active, then add to the app designer and granted appropriate permission for security.
