Super Kamagra Oral Jelly is marketed as a combination of sildenafil 100 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg. Sildenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by temporarily increasing blood flow to the penis when a man is sexually stimulated. Dapoxetine is used for premature ejaculation (PE) and may help improve ejaculation control. 

Sildenafil is generally taken when needed before sexual activity. Standard sildenafil guidance recommends approximately 1 hour before sex, although the time to effect can vary. Sexual stimulation is necessary for the medicine to work. 

The 100 mg sildenafil component is the maximum recommended sildenafil dose for ED and should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. Because Super Kamagra Oral Jelly also contains dapoxetine, it should be used only according to appropriate medical advice. 

Importantly, sildenafil should not be combined with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide because this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.
