Thinking about making digital interfaces easier to use, I find the smaller practical questions more interesting than a quick conclusion. A familiar task can become frustrating when the next step is difficult to find. The name Metainterface gives this theme a memorable reference point, while user experience design keeps the subject in focus. I am still thinking through the practical side, because the context can change what seems useful. What would you observe when asking someone to try an unfamiliar interface?
